How do I get to Northpointe?From the North ( NY, NJ, DE) Take Rt 13 south to Salisbury Maryland. Bear right onto the Rt 50 South bypass. Stay to the left and follow the Rt 50 bypass past first exit (Ocean City exit) to the second exit Rt 12 Snow Hill Road. At the bottom of the ramp turn left. Take the second right onto Longview Drive next to Exxon into The Nutters Crossing Golf Community. Take the first right onto Dixon Road. Northpointe is at end of the road on the left. From the South (VA, Pocomoke, Princess Anne, Fruitland) Take Rt 13 North merge onto Rt 50 Bypass toward Dover. Pass the Fruitland Saint Lukes exit.(If you are coming from Fruitland take Saint Lukes road to Rt 50 bypass North) Exit at Rt 12 Snow Hill Road. At the bottom of the ramp turn left. Take the second right onto longview drive( next to Exxon) into The Nutters Crossing Golf Commenity. Take the first right onto Dixon Road. Northpointe is on end on the left.
